    I think transparency shows people that you have the strength to overcome the hurdles in life but when someone tries to come across as the “perfect” person who has never had any hurdles, not only do they appear fake, but they also don’t have the strength to overcome these hurdles

  2. Transparency is operating in such a way that it is easy for others to see what actions are performed. It isn’t talking about the why. It gets inaccurately defined as “the perceived quality of intentionally shared information from a sender”

  3. @wagnerbranding I am a fellow #anxiety survivor, and it takes supporting each other in various ways to survive it, but also to open up the conversation, especially about mental health

  4. A friend of mine is a well-known psychologist. I’ve asked him to share studies about why people drive while using social and/or engage in ongoing selfie issues. I’m thinking narcissism plays a big role but I’ll share his findings once he sends them over.
